Biography

Brian has been practicing law in Florida for nearly 10 years following his graduation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Brian maintains a varied practice including commercial litigation, professional negligence cases, and consumer law claims.

Recent courtroom achievements for Brian include defeating a lending institution's claim against his client for a deficiency judgment in excess of $4,300,000.00 (see Cases: Lender's Greed for more details.)

His growing reputation as a civil litigator earned Brian recognition as a "Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star." A "Rising Star" designation is based upon a peer review process and professional achievements. Fewer than 3% of lawyers in Florida earn recognition as a "Rising Star". Brian's charitable activities have included serving as a Big Brother and as a mentor in the Take Stock in Children program.
