Biography
Gary has been practicing law in Florida for over 35 years, during which time he concentrated his practice on cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, automobile negligence, and other torts. Now, Gary focuses his efforts primarily on medical malpractice cases.
During the last several years, Gary, along with his fellow shareholder Catherine Gemma, has obtained multiple seven figure settlements/verdicts on behalf of his clients victimized by medical negligence. Gary is a current member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and previously served as the President of the Sarasota/Bradenton chapter of the organization.
He is rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer review rating service for lawyers. Gary also volunteers as the Board Attorney for Faith Lutheran Church in Englewood.
