Biography

Jay joined the firm in 2002 after graduating from the Florida State University College of Law. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability, and general negligence claims.

During the last few years, Jay has obtained numerous six-figure results on behalf of his clients. His professional achievements and legal skills earned Jay recognition as a "Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star." He is one of only four Charlotte County attorneys so recognized.

Additionally, Jay contributes heavily of his time to charitable causes. He currently volunteers for Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity, serving as the Board Attorney as well as a member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Nominating Committee.
